1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the phjoy30 platform — including all games, betting services, promotional features, and any associated mobile applications — you ("the User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the phjoy30 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on phjoy30, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all phjoy30 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active phjoy30 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID).
• Account Suspension: phjoy30 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phjoy30 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Accepted Payment Methods: phjoy30 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at phjoy30's discretion. All payment methods are subject to their respective provider terms and conditions.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on phjoy30 is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Deposits are generally credited to your phjoy30 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. phjoy30 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the phjoy30 cashier section. phjoy30 may impose additional withdrawal limits at its discretion, particularly where there is a pending verification or investigation.

Currency & Fees: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). phjoy30 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phjoy30 accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phjoy30 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. phjoy30 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to users who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse phjoy30 bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using irregular betting patterns, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins are subject to expiry periods as specified in the relevant promotion. Unused bonuses will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• Modification: phjoy30 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the phjoy30 platform — including slots, live casino, video poker, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

Random Number Generation: All phjoy30 casino games utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. phjoy30 is committed to providing games that meet internationally recognized standards for fairness and integrity.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets on phjoy30, including PBA, NBA, international handball, UFC, and boxing, are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, phjoy30's decision shall be final and binding.

Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, phjoy30 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant accounts. phjoy30 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjoy30 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the phjoy30 platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with phjoy30.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's phjoy30 account without authorization.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the phjoy30 platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with games or sports betting on phjoy30.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the phjoy30 platform for personal gain.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phjoy30 platform — including but not limited to the phjoy30 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of phjoy30 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phjoy30 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phjoy30 content without prior written authorization from phjoy30.

Any unauthorized use of phjoy30 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjoy30 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phjoy30 platform.

phjoy30 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The phjoy30 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In no event shall phjoy30's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjoy30 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

phjoy30 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phjoy30 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phjoy30 implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and phjoy30. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations that fall within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, phjoy30 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated dispute resolution process.
